Mizunami City Fossil Museum

A parking area located between Ena IC and Mizunami IC on the Chuo Expressway. It is located about 11.9km from Ena IC. In the food court, the menu is full of volume, including "sauce katsudon" and "jumbo menchikatsu set meal". Take-out menus such as "Hida beef croquettes", "gohira mochi" and "beef skewers" that fill small stomachs are also substantial. For souvenirs, we recommend "Kurikinton Langdosha", which is a lavishly kneaded chestnut from Gifu Prefecture. In addition, there are plenty of sweets using chestnuts.

Located about 5km on the south side of the Uphill PA, Pingfeng Mountain is a mountain with an altitude of 700m running east and west for about 6km. The PA is located between Mizunami IC and Ena IC on the Chuo Expressway, and boasts an outstanding view of Mount Pingfeng. At the "Soba-dokoro Yoshinoya", a specialty store of authentic 10-wari soba, which is developed by the "Yoshinoya" of the beef bowl, you can enjoy freshly boiled 10-wari soba noodles. A set with beef bowl is also popular. There are also "Hanamaru Udon" where you can choose toppings by yourself and "Ministop" at a convenience store (open 24 hours). There is also a "Platto Park" where you can get in and out of the PA from the general road.

On the first floor, there is a special workshop where an experimental show is developed in front of you, a science library, and a “exciting workshop” and “science workshop” where you can learn the wonders of science through experiments and crafts. The "Science Show," which explains the principles of science with footage and demonstrations, is in the lecture lab on the second floor. On the second floor, there is also a laboratory science lab where each person actually performs an experimental experience (challenge workshop), and a variety of workshops are held.
