A building with hot spring facilities and an indoor hot spring pool in the city of Hunan, Shiga, Japan. A family campground (28 sites) is also attached. The bathrooms include "Shugen no yu" with takuyu, Neyu, dry sauna, open-air bath, and tsuboyu, and "Hyakuden no yu" with cypress open-air bath, tsuboyu, open-air bath, and dry sauna, and the daily gender exchange system. A "bedrock bath" (seven beds) with a rest room is also installed. On the site, there is a stay-type facility, "Experience Studio", equipped with kerosene kilns, which can be used by peers in ceramics, craft, and woodwork (reservations required).

With a store area of 183.81 square meters next to the JA Ishibe branch office, the company sells local rice, vegetables and specialty products, as well as a selection of about 250 kinds and about 3000 items, including JA specialty products from all over the country.

A commercial facility created as an exchange base to create a bright future for agriculture, industry and commerce in Hunan City. The building uses a lot of materials from regional companies, such as walls and roofs. In the facility, the food sales corner sells vegetables and flowers and rice from Hunan City, such as Shimoda Nasu and Yahei Tougarashi. There is also a traditional craft corner where Shimoda ware can buy, and a friendship exchange corner, a cooking room, and a training room to introduce such as Hifu-cho, Hokkaido, which has a friendship exchange agreement, and Hokuei-cho, Tottori. Various events are also held in the outdoor entertainment square.
