Jinju-an Katsuura store
The store is reputed for 972 yen in 10 pieces of Anno-no-sashi, which is made by wrapping a specialty paste in dough and resembling the shape of a Kumano potato, skewered and spun and baked. Anno comes from the word "Anone" in the Kumano dialect. In addition, Kishōka is a refreshing flavor of Kishū plum. A mellow baked pastry made by putting the paste in the castella dough and wrapping it in foil and baking it. We also recommend raven [crow], which is eaten by kneading brown sugar into rice cake flour from Kishu and sprinkling it with specially roasted millet flour. Many of the Japanese sweets of Jinjian have names related to the Kumano religion and the story.
