Also known as Nagao Shrine, it stands on a high ground facing the Yatsushiro Sea on the southern shore of the Udo Peninsula. Also, in the early morning when the tide is low due to the high tide around August 1st of the lunar calendar, a mirage of a line of light called Shiranui [Shiranui] may occur offshore, and on August 1st of the lunar calendar, the Shiranui Sea Fire Festival, which launches fireworks on the sea off the coast of Torii, is held.
