Kukaichi Onsen Mannenno Uto

A day-spring facility with only 12 large barrel-marked family baths along Route 210. It is a system that produces hot water when you add coins, and put it in a new hot water at any time. There are 12 kinds of family baths with elaborate tastes, such as a large rock cave bath and a tub made of barrels, a tub hollowed out of a monolithic rock, and a tub of a cypress.

A day-trip bath is accepted at a hot spring inn, Kusu Onsen Toyōonosato, on the banks of the Kusu River. From the large bathhouse, which celebrates the hot springs flowing from the source, the view of the countryside can be seen through the large windows. There is also an open-air bath with idyllic views to the Kusu River (day trips are not available if it is crowded).

A day-spring facility that stands on the ground about 3km north of the Kusu IC on the Oita Expressway; there is a single-sex inner and open-air bath, and three private baths; and a simple hot spring that flows from the source overflows the Yabune. It is convenient to stop in the middle of the Yama Gorge sightseeing.
