Takamatsu Beach

A headland jutting at the southernmost tip of the Nichinan coast. In the foothills, a wild horse known as the Misaki horse is inhabited. The horse was herded by the Takabe Domain in the Edo period, and has been designated as a national natural monument. There is a Toi-misaki sightseeing exchange hall on the cape, which provides a wild horse guide. In addition, a lighthouse (donation of 300 yen, time: 9:00 to 16:30, no holiday) stands on the cliff at an altitude of 255m, and you can take a long view to the Osumi Peninsula.

Wonderland where grandpa and grandma can enjoy together from little children under the theme of "contact, healing, experience." you can swim with dolphins, interact with them, and experience the feeding of penguins, sea turtles and rabbits. There is also an experience where you can cook and eat fish caught in the fishing moat. No entrance fee is required for toilets, rest areas, meals and shops. There is also a gourmet spot and an oyster hut.

Because it is highly cultivated, even people in wheelchairs and strollers can easily pick strawberries. Both the fields and the rest area are spacious, and the facility includes the Yume Ranch, which houses animals such as goats, horses, rabbits, and peacticks. In March, you can hunt for summer mandarins in the sun.
