Hinokage Onsen Station

A roadside station with a rich natural location located along Route 218. It is located at the base of the Qingyun Bridge, the symbol of Hinokage-cho, and the 137m-high bridge above the water surface is a masterpiece. At the specialty goods sales office, there is a large selection of processed products using locally produced yuzu, and in particular, the fried chicken "Yuzu Chiki" using kneaded yuzu is an exquisite product. In addition to Miyazaki's local gourmets and local cuisine, you can also enjoy local mountain food such as jabi dishes using shissi meat from the town.

A quiet settlement of seven houses, tucked away in the mountains along the Hinogage River. It still protects the fields and is a place of life for residents. It is said that the oldest stone wall to be recorded was built during the Kaei-Ansei period (1854-59). There is also a stone wall with a height of 11m, which is the best in Japan, and this landscape is also chosen as the "Japanese Tanada Hundred Years" and "Walking Hundred Years", and the mossy terraced rice fields are remembrance of the wisdom and toil of their predecessors. At Ishigaki Chaya (9 to 16 o'clock) in the center of the district, you can eat between udon and soba from 320 yen, and you can stay (2 meals per night from 4935 yen).

A valley in the upper part of the Hinogage River, a tributary of the Gokase River, with beautiful autumn leaves along the valley, and in the vicinity there is also a "engukan" of the National Tangible Registered Cultural Property.
