It is rich in variety without being particular about the brand. Recommended is "Beisu" using barley. There are also rare sweet potato shochu, such as the old-fashioned "Tanaka Farm old-fashioned" with the deep taste and sweetness of the golden senuki, and the "Tanaka Farm Maru Ku Akane" with the sweet smell of tea using tamakane.
