Outdoor Yakushima Guide System

A nature guide who cares about the spiritual relationship with nature and knows about Yakushima is an easy-to-understand guide to the mechanism of nature. Primeval forest trekking and Jomon cedar trekking with fields such as Hitani Yunsui Gorge are now a standard menu. The founding of Honbo Sake Brewery began in the early Meiji era cotton manufacturing business. He started making shochu in 1909, and now produces a variety of products such as potato shochu, whiskey, and wine. The Yakushima Trazo was opened in 1960 (Showa 35), and the shosuzo was particular about the traditional hand-built gengen preparation. "Mizunomori" is made from the soft water of Yakushima and the sweet sweet potato "Shiratoyo" from Shiminai as the raw material, and is a representation of the nature of Yakushima. Limited sale on the island 720 ml 1540 yen. If you make a reservation, you can tour the preparation in the koji room and the old gengen for free, and there is also a tasting and sale of shochu at the stand.
