Original Nakamoto Tempura
A super famous tempura store on the island of Kaito, Okutake Island, in the southern part of Okinawa. It is located right in front of the Okubu Island Fishing Port, and is marked by a large "tempura" sign in a rustic storefront attached to a fresh fish shop. One Okinawan tempura made with fresh materials, 75 yen, is often freshly fried. Fish, squid, mozuku, and shaved yasai are the staple of the ingredients, and the recommendation is seasonal fish tempura using freshly caught fish that vary depending on the season. The plump body with a solid taste is exceptional. Around March, seaweed arsa (Aosa) will appear in a limited edition.
