An observation site at an altitude of 1325m, rising between Seisin Lake and Motosu Lake. Both lakes and Mt. Fuji can be seen as well as Lake West and Lake Kawaguchi, and in the distance from the Kofu basin to the Southern Alps. There is a hiking course from the west bank of Seisan Lake to the shores of Lake Motosu, which climbs the panorama platform and follows the ridge path to the south. About 2 hours 30 minutes walk.

A view spot on the way from the plain to the Mikuni Pass. It overlooks Mount Fuji and Lake Yamanaka, and the ridge line is beautiful and feminine. In clear weather, you can also see the Southern Alps. From spring to autumn, morning and evening are recommended.

Facilities that display local history, educational materials, etc. The building is a mock-yō-style architecture recommended by Shirō Fujimura of the prefectural ordinance (current governor), and was built as a Mutsuzawa school building in Mutsuzawa Village, Koma District (currently, Kamezawa, Kai City) in 1875. It is a two-story wooden structure with a tower house in the central part, and has been designated as a national important cultural property.
