Of the three routes of the Honshu-Shikoku cross-country bridge, the first road railway combined bridge was completed in 1988. The construction period is nine years and six months, with a total cost of 1,133.8 billion yen. The total length of 12.3km, of which the marine area is 9.4km. If you want to cross the bus by bus, you can transfer from Kojima Station to Yoshima via the Shimoda Bus Yoshima Daini parking lot, and the Kotosan bus runs between Yoshima and Sakaide stations.

Cultural facilities that have restored the Kaisenaiya of Kitamae Ship, the main building of Takamatsuya (Nakanishi Family) and the Herring House, among others.
