Deerling Hall

A hot spring bathing facility that stands in a place surrounded by the valley beauty of Okuyamixi. If it is good for neuralgia, you can taste the hot water of a weak alkaline simple hot spring that is popular with locals. In addition to the sauna, you can also enjoy the nature of Okuya Sankei from the large bathhouse. At the restaurant in the hall, set meals and rice bowls using local rice are recommended. There is an accommodation building and a cottage, and accommodation is also possible.

The oldest wooden house in Kyushu built in Meiwa 8 (1771). It is the residence of an old house that served as a royal head during the Edo period, and is characterized by a "bent-and-hip structure" with folded and deeply grated thatched roofs that were often found in private houses in the region. It is designated as a National Important Cultural Property.
