A popular restaurant of Shinjo's local ramen, Torimoto Ramen. The 750 yen Motu Ramen soup at this restaurant is a simple soy sauce base made with chicken gala, tonkotsu, and vegetables. Put the chicken offal there and simmer it, then lay it overnight in the refrigerator and topped with a motsu simmered taste. The soup, which is filled with plenty of medicinal green onions, condenses the richness and taste of motu, and goes well with medium-sized homemade noodles.
