
Fish dishes miura
Just off the Chōshi Port, you can taste fresh seafood fried in Chōshi Port with every cooking method. The whole stew of one golden bream is big size and has a good response. Shoka-do-style Iwashizukushi Zen (2200 yen) allows you to enjoy the sardines of shōko with sashimi and grasping. From September to November, Miura's special "Sanma Kazuzushi" will be offered, and I'm looking forward to seeing the seasonal taste every season.
