A restaurant in a single-story forest that stands on the banks of the Kazuma Gorges Bridge, deep in green. I can't think of Tokyo. The specialty "Okutama Hamburger", which has surpassed a cumulative total of 120,000 meals, uses 100% of Isaimi pork (kanbiton). Oleic acid is high, so there is little smell and sweet fat. Fresh, healthy pork and a special hamburger finished with a mineral-rich selection of salt and homemade fermented seasoning that complements the umami flavor. The popular 180g set is 2288 yen. For wild orientation, 2970 yen is recommended for 300g set with good cospa.
