A hands-on-the-top, Seisaku Kaishidon restaurant in Kanazawa, Ishikawa. The "Kanazawa Yakomi Kaishidon", which picks your favorite material and serves it yourself, has a reputation for about 30 species of seafood such as the Nodoguro, Noto Fugu, and red-shined crab, as well as meat such as roast beef. The story is also fresh from Hokuriku, and it is cut into a tile shape like the store name. If served with a flavorful, medicinal micro-green, the original seafood bowl, which is beautiful like a treasure box, is completed. It is also recommended to tighten with the optional "bonito festival and bonito soup tea-pickled set". You can enjoy it in the historic hideaway space where the Kanazawa Machiya was renovated.
