During the day, the menu is served as "Oshimizu", a menu of rice bowls, and rice bowls with a focus on Ono soba flour, Ono's soba flour, Ono's soba, Ono's soba, and Ono's soba noodles. At night, there is a variety of dishes other than soba and rice bowls. There are more than 100 kinds of food menus and 70 kinds of drink menus. Located in the center of Echizen-Ono, Yōkan is a Yōkan designated as a registered tangible cultural property. A cafe-style shop that feels retro. This yōkan is one of the Machinaka sightseeing base facilities "Heisei Onoya", which consists of Heizo and Nikaizō. At lunchtime, there are Fukui's specialty sauce katsudon (800 yen), soy sauce katsudon (800 yen) from Ono, and grated soba (660 yen). Echizen-Ono's famous water coffee (400 yen) with spring-fed areas around the city, and popular seasonal vanilla soft ice cream are also delicious.

The motto is to self-milled, ground, beaten and freshly boiled Gensoba from Ohno with a millstone. The noodles are wild country soba. There are many menus, such as the grated shamisoba 1650 yen, which is a set of three types of katsuo-shai, tempura and nameko soba noodles. Okuyama soba (four types of Wanco Inu Soba's Maitake Tempura, Tororo, Wildplants, and Oroshi soba) is 1,400 yen each.
