Tasha Shinano Road

A handmade soba shop located in front of Sasanoyu, Shibu Onsen Town. They shell their own shells and milled them with millstones, which have been coerced in the town of Shinano and in the city of Myoko. Hand-made soba noodles made with freshly ground buckwheat flour are reputed to be strong and flavored. Zaru soba, walnut soba, and tororo soba are recommended. It is also famous for being able to taste unusual buckwheat desserts. Only if you order soba, you can taste delicious desserts such as buckwheat soft, buckwheat pudding and buckwheat cream tart.

As the name suggests, a baker on a cloud at the summit of Yokote Mountain. The hot bread that starts baking before dawn is so popular that it sells from the end of the bake. At the restaurant, we recommend mushroom soup and bread, which is baked with bread covered in a cup of cream stew. Accommodation is also possible, staying from 11,000 yen to 16,500 yen with 2 meals.
