
Shinanoya
A repertoire-rich Western-style izakaya that serves the rural town of Hida Furukawa with Kiri-tate Iberico prosciutto and Rakulet cheese from Hokkaido, selected wines such as local sake and cocktails, omelets using Hida's famous egoma and Hoda beef hōba miso-yaki. There is also a kids room (reservation required) on the second floor, so family can enjoy it.
