Soba noodles purchased from all over the place, which the master grinds the millstone by himself, and painstakingly hand-handed noodles without connection, are the very best. Jubei and a large-written wooden sign catch the eye. The Tororo set meal, 1100 yen, is served with boiled wild vegetables, miso soup, and rice on a fine, sticky and sweet yowa potato. In December-March, a wild boar meat-using botan pot set of 1750 yen also appeared. Jubei udon noodles/soba 600 yen.

A shop and cafe by chef Masahiko Hayashi, who won in 1991 at the "Coupe de Monde Patisserie", the world's highest Western-style confectionery competition held once every two years in Lyon, France. Sweets produced from materials that have been examined while constantly honing their skills and sense are just artistic works. In the store, there are various kinds of sweets, including the winning bitter chocolate mousse "Ambroisy", as well as baked goods such as cookie "Fool Seck" and various pound cakes, and rich-tasting chocolates.
