A floor with a wooden table with a scarlet-up, and a restaurant that is reminiscent of a tea shop from the Edo period. In addition to udon and soba noodles, Fukimeneshi set meals are also popular. The sweetness is also substantial, and you can eat handmade yomogitango. 400 yen for three kinds of kina flour, red bean paste and soy sauce. In summer, plum juice and perilla juice (400 yen each) prepared at the store, and in winter, Amazake 350 yen are also popular. At the adjacent souvenir shop, Minoya brand products and SL goods are sold.

味わい深い弁当ならおまかせの店。特に、津和野で人気の駅弁「かしわめし弁当」はおすすめだ。味付きご飯の上に鶏肉そぼろ、錦糸卵、海苔が彩りよくのり、おかずも数品付いている。本店のほか、津和野駅構内でも購入できるので、帰りの列車の楽しみに買って行くのもいい。10～5月限定の山菜つわぶき弁当なども美味。山菜のつわぶき弁当は予約販売している。また、SL運行日の土・日曜のみ、あゆ弁当の販売もある。

注文を受けてから麺をゆでるため、シコシコの生きているうどんが食べられる。少し時間がかかるがそれだけの価値がある旨さ。麺自体も2日がかりで作るという。山菜うどん850円、たぬき650円。夏は冷やし山菜うどん900円や冷やしたぬきうどん700円も食べられる。
