A shop and cafe by chef Masahiko Hayashi, who won in 1991 at the "Coupe de Monde Patisserie", the world's highest Western-style confectionery competition held once every two years in Lyon, France. Sweets produced from materials that have been examined while constantly honing their skills and sense are just artistic works. In the store, there are various kinds of sweets, including the winning bitter chocolate mousse "Ambroisy", as well as baked goods such as cookie "Fool Seck" and various pound cakes, and rich-tasting chocolates.

A tea room with the image of Western-style architecture of the late Meiji period on the riverside of Obuchi Pond. From the windows inside the shop, which is unified with an English-style interior, you can see the view of Obuchi Pond and Mount Ikoma, as well as the gardens that bloom in each season. You can enjoy pot service tea for 600 yen and coffee for 490 yen with cups such as Wedgwood and Royal Doulton. A dance studio is attached.
