This shrine is located on the coast of Wakaura, colored by history (Mt.Kagami) at the foot of the building. The Tamazushima Shrine, a pilgrimage site for poets since ancient times, enshrines one pillar of the three gods of waka. Tucked away in a rock hole, the shrine is a short walk from it. Locals visit this shrine to pray for child treasure and safe life.

In 1854, to prevent enemy ships from invading, a battery and guard station were built at the tip of the cape. Today, that location has become a beautiful park with over 400 pine trees planted. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, this place is a breath of fresh air.
Onsenji Temple, which stands on a high ground in front of Ryūjin Onsen, is the beginning of Sōsan, where the Hiroho Daishi enshrined Rurikko Yakushi Nyorai (Rurikoyakushi Nyorai) in the fold of Kōyu. It is said that in the year of Hoei 2 (1705), a monk named Myozan rebuilt the Yakushido in a reservice where he cured his stubborn swelling.
It is located on a hill on the north side of Hashimoto Station, overlooking the city area of Hashimoto. It is also famous as a cherry blossom spot. In addition, the Ryōzan [Misasagiyama] burial mound in the garden is a 45m diameter circle with a 6m wide moat around it, and boasts the largest in Wakayama Prefecture.
Uenami Uenami (Meo Tonami) is a wave that strikes from the east and west in the narrow strait between Cape Lover and the "Land of Kuroshima". It is called this because the waves are close together, and it is also called a joint wave because the waves hit and stand high. In addition, bougainvillea flowers can also be seen on the slopes of Cape Lover except during the severe winter period, and the beautiful landscape of "Land no Kuroshima" and "Oki no Kuroshima" floating slightly off the coast is chosen as "Susami Hakkei" along with Eszaki and others.
