It takes about 4 minutes from Ueno Station to Akihabara Station on the JR Keihin-Tōhoku Line/Yamanote Line; and about 51 minutes from Akihabara Station to Chiba Station by changing the JR Chuo/Sobu Line; about 1 hour total. Japan Rail Pass is available.

It takes about 54 minutes from Yoga IC to Wangan Xi Shino IC by Metropolitan Expressway/Dongguan East Expressway.
[High-speed bus]
It takes about 1 hour and 8 minutes from Haneda Airport to Chiba Station.

[Airplane]
From Kansai International Airport to Narita Airport about 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes; from Osaka International (Itami) Airport to Narita Airport about 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
[Railway]
Take the JR Tōkaidō Shinkansen "Nozomi" train from Shin-Osaka Station to Tokyo Station for about 2 hours 21 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. For access from Tokyo Station to Chiba Station, refer to the Tokyo traffic column. About 3 hours and 50 minutes in total. The Japan Rail Pass requires an additional fee when using Nozomi.
