In "Hida's Small Kyoto" Takayama, known for its Takayama festival, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the picture Setogawa and Shirakabe Tozo-gai, as well as visiting temples. We would like to visit Shirakawa-go, which is a part of the world cultural heritage and remains of the Gassho settlement, not only in the snowy winter, but also in the fresh green season. In addition, there are places that leave the old-fashioned line of houses, such as the castle town of Gujo Hachiman, which is water-fed by the clear stream. It can be seen from the viewing boat, taking place against the backdrop of Mount Jinhua and Gifu Castle rising to the summit.
