Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu to Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit for about 6 hours and 5 minutes.

It takes about 15 minutes from Shin-Osaka Station to Kyoto Station on the JR Tōkaidō Shinkansen "Nozomi" and "Hikari", or 24 to 47 minutes on the JR Tōkaidō Sanyo Main Line. Japan Rail Pass requires an additional fee if you use Nozomi.
