博多が発祥の地といわれる「もつ鍋」は、鉄分豊富なスタミナ食材である、プリプリの牛もつが入っていることが特徴。もつ以外にもキャベツやニラがたっぷり入り、うま味が凝縮したスープを楽しめます。

写真は創業40余年の有名店「もつ幸」の「もつ鍋」1人前1100円。野菜の上にのった餃子の皮がフタ代わりになって具材に火が通り、うま味や甘みを引き出しています。鶏ガラスープで炊いたもつや具材を、ぜひ酢醤油につけて味わってみてください。
