Seven types of Oyaki are standard, and two kinds of seasonal menus are prepared. The most popular is "Nozawana", a dish with plenty of sweet-fried Nozawana. Soba is made by Mr. Junnosuke Fujimura, the fourth generation of "Kobayashi", a long-established soba shop in Matsumoto, that was founded in the late Meiji era. You can enjoy a creative soba menu using authentic Nihachi soba that are hand-crafted with Soba flour from Hakuba Iwatake. "Shinshu san Tororo Soba" 1400 yen, as well as "Sanshō Miso-Bukkake Soba", which uses local names such as miso and katsuo-bashi, are popular.
