Ohashi Cherry Garden

The oldest confectionery store in Furano City, established in the 3rd year of Taisho (1914). It offers local sweets such as "Heso no Omanjyu," inspired by the town of Furano, known as the "navel town."

You can enjoy cherries that grow original varieties, including Sato Jinyo, Nanyang, and Suimon, while picking them for an unlimited amount of time. The takeaway requires a separate fee. The variety that can be eaten changes depending on the time of year.

Ashitada Road Station, known as the "Star Falling Village" because it is surrounded by forest and the air is clear and the stars look clean. Stars are scattered all over the place, including the interior of the Ashido City Tourist and Product Center at the station building and the star-shaped toilets on the site. There is a tourist information center on the first floor of the Tourist Products Center and a goods sales corner selling specialty products such as cheese, butter and Ashibetsu melon, and a restaurant on the second floor. "Gata Tan Ramen", which features a hearty and thick soup, was well received. From mid-April to mid-November, a produce shop is also opened on the premises. The adjoining "Star Dome", which recreates the beautiful starry sky of Ashido, is recommended for the adjacent "Star-Falling Village Centennial Memorial Hall".
