Towada City Maji Park (Komokko Land)

A comprehensive cultural facility that serves as a base for the tourism of the Buddhist and Shimokita Peninsula. It also has a large parking lot and can be used as a resting place for people traveling on the Shimokita Peninsula. There is a strait mujium that displays the history and culture of Sai.

At the time of the Russo-Japanese War, Jotaro Mikami, who served as a military doctor, made a hand-stitched Red Cross flag to save the lives of many soldiers, and was praised by the world. In memory of the feat, his birthplace is restored and exposed.
