Ouchi Inn

A souvenir shop and cafe in a corner of Ouchi-juku, which is famous for its thatched-roof settlement. The street-facing souvenir shop, Yamadaya, sells a wide variety of products, including small straps and key chains that you would like to purchase as a memory of your trip. Local-name confectionery and pickled goods are popular. The cafe in the back of Yamadaya is an old private house cafe with a nostalgic atmosphere renovated from an old private house. It is also a select shop with its owner's specialty pottery and crafts, and snacks and sweets such as the original blend of snowroom coffee and sandwiches are well received.

A store with a 300-year-old thatched roof in an emotional way. Handmade folk art and other items, mainly crepe work, are lined up in the store.
