Oe Moor

A free rest area surrounded by a grove of trees that stands near the junction with the Sanjonotaki/Smoothinotaki Tour Road and the Danyoshi Shindo in Osegahara. They leave your luggage for free, so I'm happy to be able to see the waterfall empty-handed. There is also a stand, selling souvenirs and drinks.

In 1927 (Showa 2), when the Tōden hut was built to investigate the water quality and precipitation of the Tadami River, the road was also maintained and a wooden suspension bridge was built over the Yopi River. It was replaced by a steel bridge in 1982 because it was often washed away by rising water at the time of the thaw. In order to reduce the load on the bridge during snow accumulation, the wooden treads can be removed.

Nadet is a depression that serves as a path for avalanches. It is a valley road where the snow will not disappear until late. There is an altitude difference from the summit, and it climbs a steep slope at once, so think about your physical strength and skill and plan carefully. From the Nujiri Crossroads, head straight down the wooden path to Mount Hiyunke, and enter the river road in the middle of the forest zone. As soon as you climb gently while avoiding large rocks and fallen trees, it turns into a steep slope and continues to climb. Climbing Mount Minobuchi for a while to the right, it comes out to a small wide place that has become flat, and it joins with the Changying New Road. Only a tight climb can be climbed in the shortest time. Take two hours.
