Mikuni Onsen Yuaport is a public hot spring facility located at the southern end of Sunset Beach, with the Sea of Japan just behind it. The panoramic bath offers a breathtaking experience where you can soak while watching the sun set into the sea.Filled with natural light, the “Minato no Yu” bath overlooks the Kuzuryu River flowing into the ocean, while the “Kamome no Yu” bath offers a view of the sun setting over Mikuni Sunset Beach. You can even see the historic Mikuni Breakwater, a registered tangible cultural property of Fukui Prefecture, from the bath itself.The hot spring water comes from the first spring source of Mikuni Onsen, known for its benefits to both beauty and health. Seongshan Park

A small, projecting in the center of the coast of Takahama-cho, a park that maintained the entire peninsula. Where Takahama Castle was built during the Muromachi period, the site of the Honmaru remains. Eight natural caves, known as Hachinana no Kishatsu, are scattered throughout the park. Among them, there is a famous mirror cave that is large enough to allow a small boat to pass through, and there is a promenade where you can see the view of the cave and rock formations from the entrance of the park.

Potoku Temple

The main temple houses a standing statue of a nationally designated important cultural property wooden Amitabha Buddha. The garden, which is designated as a national masterpiece, has beautiful flowers and azaleas of the temple in the spring and a maple tree chosen as one of the "Hundred of Autumn Leaves in Japan" in the autumn.
