Among the four Fuji mountain trails, it is a popular route with direct buses from Tokyo Shinjuku to Gogo. The terminus of the Fuji Subaru Line, the Fifth Station of the Fuji Subaru Line, has an elevation of about 2300m. There are a large number of mountain huts on the route, complete with the Mount Fuji Fifth Station General Management Center, Mount Fuji Sixth Station Safety Instruction Center, a rescue house, and toilets. Because it is a royal road course, there are many climbers, and there are many night climbers who aim for the gourai light at the summit, but as long as it is the fifth or higher, you can get the gourai light from anywhere. In this route, the collection of tolls and traffic regulations are implemented, so check in advance.

令和5年(2023)に店舗を改装し、30坪をショップとして、45坪を「なだや富士山蒸留所」として開設。昨今のクラフトブームで世界的にもジンの人気が高まってきている。ここ富士山蒸留所では富士山の湧水を100%使用した「富士の神(フジノジン)」の製造販売をスタートした。ヨーロッパのハイブリッド式と呼ばれる最新型蒸留設備を導入、全面をガラス貼りにしてその製造場も公開している。富士山の麓850メートルにある蒸留所が醸すジンの試飲も歓迎。市内の新しい名所として海外から、全国から訪れる方々に感動と満足を提供できる施設になりたいと考えている。
