A day-trip hot spring facility at the innermost part of the Ashiyasu district, the gateway to the Southern Alps. The surrounding area is home to famous mountains such as Phoenix Sanzan and Shirane Sanzan, and the Night Shashijin Pass is known as a good observatory in the Southern Alps. The Junwa-style facility, which was built within the Kanayamazawa Kodama Park on a branch of the Imperial River, includes inner baths and open-air baths for each man and woman. An alkaline simple spring with a high pH value has a beautiful skin effect, and Kanayamazawa Onsen is close to the source and boasts the best quality in the area. The park also has a barbecue place and play equipment, so you can enjoy the nature of the Southern Alps, such as river play and walk through the forest.
