名門、ル・コルドンブルーで学んだ女性パティシエが地元で開いた洋菓子店。モットーは素材を生かして、丁寧に手作りすること。クッキーやマドレーヌ、タルトなど焼き菓子は約40種あり、どれも優しい味わい。店内の喫茶スペースでは、ドリンクを注文して、焼き菓子や焼きタルト(栗タルト・洋梨タルト・りんごタルト)をいただける。

PA on the Shin-Tōmei Highway between Shimada Kanaya IC and Fujieda Okabe IC. A parking area located about 2.9km from the Fujieda Okabe IC on the Shin-Tōmei Highway. The main facility is a white modern building with a sense of cleanliness of Japanese and Western eclectic in the image of a storehouse and a wall of earth. In early spring, plums, from late April to late May, Fujitana will meet you and heal the fatigue of driving. In the food court, the special soy sauce ramen of "Kyoto Kita-Shirakawa Ramen Kairokiya", the first of its stores in Shizuoka Prefecture, is on the rise in popularity. A 24-hour "Family Mart" is also opening stores. "Platto Park", which has as many as 30 outside parking lots, is attached. PA facilities can also be used from the general road.
