You can closely experience the Heian period's games and lifestyle culture that once unfolded here by the Saio and court nobles. The exterior is modeled after the "Shinden-zukuri," the residence of Heian aristocrats, using cedar and cypress from Mie Prefecture, built with traditional techniques that do not use nails. Inside the facility, there are experiences of Heian games and seasonal workshops (paid and reservation required). You can also take commemorative photos dressed in authentic Heian clothing such as the "Juni-hitoe" and "Naga-ori" (10,000 yen, reservation required). The experience of trying on Heian clothing is the most popular.

A museum showcasing the history of the Saimu, with the palace of an unmarried princess (Saiō) serving the Ise Shrine. In Exhibition Room I, twelve single-figure lifetimes dolls and furnishings are displayed in the living room of Saio, which is a full-size building. Excavation materials of the site of the Saimu are exhibited in the exhibition room II, mainly the restored model of the estate, and hands-on exhibits such as the restoration of earthenware and the dating quiz are also introduced. There is also a large screen image exhibition room.

The "Matsukou Korenakamura," operated by an agricultural production corporation, is a tourist spot that features a restaurant, a Western-style confectionery shop, a table tennis area, a lawn area, an animal area, a foot bath, and a vineyard (only in summer).
