Taga SA [Descent] (EXPASA Taga)

自家製の餡を白地に赤と青の細い線が入った餅で包んだ、糸切餅10個入り850円が店の名物。長寿を願って、刃物を使わずに三味線の糸を使って切ることから、この名が付いたという。

お多賀さんの1番の名物といえば、もちろん糸切餅700円～。もち米ではなく、米粉100％を丁寧について仕上げているので、食感はなめらか。心が温まるやさしい味わいが評判だ。この餅の歴史は非常に古く、鎌倉時代に蒙古襲来を防いだ際、平和を喜んだ民衆によって初めて作られたとされている。創業100余年の歴史をもつ老舗の味は、みやげにももってこい。
