Sekigane Yumeikan

The ancient temple of the Nara period. The main hall, which stands on the steep slope of Mt. A lot of votives are famous, and some of them are excellent works with the legend of getting out of the picture and rampaging. The Kiko, which enshrines the Honson Juiju-myeon, is designated as a national important cultural treasure in the late Muromachi period.

It is a temple reportedly erected by Gyoki in the year of Tianping Shengbao 8 (756) to celebrate the wooden Jizō Bodhisattva half-lot statue, which has been designated as a national important cultural property. It is a wooden structure of a cypress and has a huge height of 3.6m. On the posts within the statue, it is noted that the statue was built during the Kamakura period and was re-emerged by the local people in Kanei 17 (1640). It has characteristics of the Kamakura period in its face and the volume of the upper body.
