Twenty-six Saints Martyrdom of Japan (Nishisaka Park)

Along National Route 499, the two rocks that stand close to each other are particularly eye-catching in the marine landscape from Kurohama. A male rock with a height of 12m and a circumference of 24m on the left toward the sea, and a female rock with a height of 11m and a circumference of 26m on the right. It is geologically referred to as the "Nomo-Hanrei-rock complex", and has a generation date of about 480 million years ago, the oldest in Kyushu. The sight of the sunset on the back is fantastic. It was designated as Nagasaki Prefecture's designated Natural Monument in 1994 and Nagasaki Prefecture's "Hundred Views of Nature" in 2013.

The temple of the Nisshin sect, which can be seen on the right of Nishisaka Park. Formerly a Christian town, the site where this temple stands was once home to the Church of San Joan Bautista and Japan's first leprosy hospital. It is also known as the temple where Katsu Kaishu (Katsukaishu) and Siebold's wife and children, Otaki and Oine, were placed in the house.

A park with a statue of peace prayer by Seibo Kitamura. The statue's high hand holds the threat of the atomic bomb, the horizontally extended hand symbolizes peace, and the closed eyes pray for the war dead. There is a spring of peace in the park, and there are monuments that symbolize peace donated by countries around the world. Part of the wall of the Urakami prison, which was located on this site at the time of the atomic bombing, also remains.
