We are committed to domestic rice that is free from fertilizers, pesticides, and compost. The raw material is Kumamoto Prefecture's Hinohikari. We procure it from contracted farmers, mill it ourselves, and produce sake that incorporates the goodness of traditional awamori while featuring the sweet aroma unique to Japanese rice. It has also received the "Okinawa National Tax Office Director's Award" at the Awamori Tasting Competition and has been recognized as one of "The Wonder 500 Hometown Specialties." Udi-san's moromi vinegar 720ml 1680 yen (excluding tax) is a health drink made from the moromi produced from Udi-san's sake.

A small awamori brewery run by the third-generation owners, the Tokuyama couple. They carefully brew sake using traditional methods. The owner's enthusiasm to create sake that can be enjoyed by both beginners and connoisseurs has resulted in a smooth and gentle taste that has many fans. Hounen (35 degrees) 720ml 2600 yen.

In front of Sarahamako Port, a wide range of products is available, including awamori, processed seafood, sweets, and ceramics. For souvenirs, we recommend the processed bonito products from Irabu Island, such as bonito miso and bonito tsukudani, each 680 yen or more, which pair well with rice and awamori, as well as namari-bushi starting from 1500 yen, and bonito salted fish 1800 yen (small) and 2300 yen (large) are staples. Surprisingly, the spiral bread sourced from the only bakery on the island, priced at 160 yen, is also popular. Some people make sure to buy it when they visit the island.
