A long-established restaurant of Hokkaido specialty soup curry. It was founded in 1988, when there were several specialty shops in Sapporo. Plenty of large ingredients are added to the original soup with a rich and refreshing feeling. The curry served hot is 13 steps from 1 to super spicy. The room-temperature retort curry, which is 100% manufactured at its own store, has a volume of 1.5-2 servings with a taste as close as possible to the soup curry served in the store. It is popular not only for takeaways (with discounts) but also for souvenirs. Take-home coffee with a fragrant home roast is also recommended. Adjacent to Nisekolog Loan Villa Alberta Lodge. Seating is only 10 seats, even if the multi-person group is not allowed to enter the store. Children (including infants) cannot enter the store because it is only curry for adults.

The chef, who describes the rich Niseko area as a "port of ingredients," offers dishes that utilize ingredients from the slopes of Mount Yotei and the Sea of Japan. The special lunch set, which allows you to choose a main dish for 3,800 yen, is very popular. They also serve an original craft beer, "Yotei Sanroku Beer," brewed with water from the slopes of Mount Yotei.
