Zao Liza World Liza Restaurant

A charming dining establishment located in the city of Kaminoyama. The soba, made from freshly ground flour using a stone mill and finely cut, is served with shrimp tempura, whiting tempura, and three types of vegetable tempura for 1350 yen. The板そば (plank soba), which serves about two portions, is also a great deal at 1350 yen, while the mori soba is 750 yen. Other attractions include tempura rice bowls, Chinese soba, and one of Yamagata's specialties, chilled ramen for 950 yen (available only in summer). The shop's name means "where the flavor is rich and abundant."

It is attached to the Tanno Konjac Bancho (restaurant) in the city of Kamiyama, and has a reputation for its original konjac sweets. A women's drink set with "Konjac Pai Cake" with exquisite texture of grain konjac costs 950 yen. "This is also konjac da so" 500 yen and so on are also well received.

A cafe in the log house on the grounds of the Zao Mountain Farm Yamakawa Ranch. Pizza made from ranch milk and local ingredients, as well as rich soft ice cream are very popular. Fukinoto pizza (S size 1000 yen) that appears in April and May is delicious. For group customers of more than 30 people, you can enjoy the ranch experience 1500 yen and the butter making 500 yen that can be experienced by a small number of people. Plain yogurt (150 yen) and cream yogurt (250 yen) are well received for their salty taste.
