Morioka Town House Lunar Chick Festival 2025

A event in which a man prays for a disease-free disaster and a good year, and a man pays trouble; a man wears a white pot on one lower belt, a continuous rope around his waist, and wears a straw on his bare feet; a man mills through a town that is cold, and visits a shrine.
