毎年成人の日に小山駅西口周辺で行われる、新春を祝うイベント。もちつきやガラポンくじ、ジャンボだるま落としのほか、お囃子や獅子舞等の各種ステージイベントなど新春にふさわしい「めでたい」企画が盛りだくさん。チャリティー豚汁・甘酒の提供あり。※だるま市・軽トラ市も同日開催。

小山市のほぼ中心を流れる清流思川を会場に開催される。関東有数の規模を誇る花火大会で、令和6年（2024）で72回目を迎える。打ち上げ場所と観覧席が非常に近く、尺玉の連続打ち上げやワイドスターマインをはじめ、市民参加のナイアガラ瀑布など、迫力ある花火が体感できるのが魅力。花火大会の前日には、盆踊りとマルシェが楽しめる「盆踊りマルシェ」が開催される予定。
