
Peony Bonfire
An event that serves old trees and broken trees of peonies that have lived their lives in Tenju, within the country-designated Meishō "Sugagawa Peony Garden". At the beginning of the Taisho era, what the lord of the garden, who was also a haiku poet, invited local and close poets, has been handed down to the present day. The flame that burns with a faint scent in the dark and dark creates an emotional atmosphere. In 1978, "Peony Bonfire" was recorded as the winter's quarterly language in the haiku-age book. In 2001, he was selected as "Kaori Scenery 100" by the Ministry of the Environment.
