Mount Nagano

The "Shunan Winter Tree Festival", which has been certified as a Japanese Nightscape Heritage Site, is held in the central city area of Shunan City. 2024 starts on Friday, November 29. It lights up Aozora Park, where the "Writing Flower Show in the Sky", which develops dramatic light productions, is a highlight, and Miyuki Street, where street trees decorated with light bulbs last 300m. The city is richly decorated with a million LED bulbs, and you can enjoy the illumination.

The "Kumage Tsuru no Sato Wu Oak Tournament" and the "Yatsushiro Tourist Harvest Festival" will be held in Yatsushiro, Shunan, the only land of Navetsul in Honshu. In the walk competitions, decipher the map and challenge quizzes and competitions to compete for scores. In addition, at the Yatsushiro Tourist Harvest Festival, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and bazaars collected in the morning. It is held from 8:30 at the Tsuruoi Koinosato Exchange Center.

It is a summer festival at the Takafune Shrine, the guardian deity of maritime safety, a brave sea festival in which young people who have cleansed themselves enter the sea carrying a kamikoshi and travel back and forth to the Takafune Shrine and the inn with traffic regulations.
