The "Tsugaru Sanmi Line All Japan Kaneki Tournament", held annually in Kaneki-cho, the birthplace of the Tsugaru Sanmi Line, is a young climon, and takes over the soul of the Tsugaru Sanmi Line's Shitai Nitabō's "Do Not Imitation, Play Your Own Sanmi Line", a historical convention. In addition, the “Intaibo Festival”, which will be held on the same day, will add songs and dances to the first to third place players of the tournament, creating a space where the performers and the audience are united. An event where you can fully enjoy the Tsugaru Shamisen session, the Kire Tsugaru Hand Dance, and Tsugaru Minsong, Tsugaru's soul. (The Intaibo Festival is free to view). The floats, known as "tachi-neputa", have a maximum height of about 23m and weigh about 19 tons, equivalent to a seven-story building. At the festival, about 15 units, including the large-sized Neputa, which is displayed at the "Tatenebu-no-Uta", and the small and medium-sized Neputa, which are made in the town, schools, and hobbyists, are milling around the city under the influence of "Yatte Maleyatte Marais".
