A decentralized event to enjoy while going around the Toktoku-shi, Sakura Festival, Shinmachi Marche and Art Loop shopping streets, and international exchange events held in the city of Ibara.

The village of Okayama Ikoi, where you can see the oyster raft of Tajima and Mushiaki in the Seto Inland Sea, and even the mountains of Awaji Island and Shikoku.
